What you can do

Screening & Mapping Tool
Answer questions about your profession, your qualifications and the country you live in. You get a personal set of next steps in four directions: continue in your profession, complete your qualifications, move to a new profession or start your own business. Download them as a PDF or send them to your email.

Skills Certification Tool
Work through short everyday scenarios that show eight transversal skills, such as critical thinking, communication and digital skills. It takes about 25 to 30 minutes and gives you a score for each skill. The questions are in English and Norwegian.

CV builder
Build your CV step by step and download it as a PDF in the language you choose.

Job listings
Find jobs posted by employers and apply. Applying opens a conversation with the employer in your inbox.

Career counsellors
Find a counsellor in the portal and write to them. Counsellors register themselves; the HEIDI team does not verify them independently.

The portal itself works in English, Spanish, Norwegian, Lithuanian, German, Estonian and Croatian.

You decide whether employers and counsellors registered on the portal can see your CV and your skills results. Each has its own switch in your profile.
You can delete your account at any time.
